Returns You can return an item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us at info@mymagessentials.com with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 days on regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. You pay the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
How to return an item Email info@mymagessentials.com before sending your return. Then post it to: My Mag Essentials, 69 Black Mountain Range Road, Black Mountain QLD 4563, Australia. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable postage service.
Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
