1. Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) is a rich source of minerals beneficial for skin health. The salts also help detoxify the body as a whole promoting optimal health and wellbeing. Magnesium salts such as Epsom salts are extremely hydrating to the skin and highly therapeutic for skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis. The sulphates they contain are cleansing and detoxifying to the body, to help remove toxins.

Directions:

Best to scrub in the Shower when skin is damp, however turn the water off before you begin. Apply generously and massage gently in circular motions. Remember to scrub gently on tender or delicate areas. Let your skin absorb the product for a few minutes before rinsing off!

No need to apply a lotion afterwards!

Repeat twice weekly or when necessary.
