How to use:
Directions: Temperature of water should be warm but not hot, as hot water can cause the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
Foot Soak: Dissolve 1-3 cups into a warm footpath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The longer, the better!
Body Soak: Dissolve 1-16 cups into a full tub bath for mild to intense applications.
