How to Use
For a foot soak, dissolve 1–3 cups of flakes into a warm foot bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
For a body soak, dissolve 1–16 cups into a full tub bath according to your preferred concentration.
The water should be warm rather than hot. Follow the product directions and adjust the amount according to your individual needs.
