Returns:

We only accept unopened products for return.
Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery by contacting us via email. And returned within a timeframe of 14 days if authorized with our team.
Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number needs to be sent with your confirmation of shipping to info@mymagessentials.com with the subject being your order number.
If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
